Shelly, age 47:
Chief Complaint: The patient’s chief concern was to maintain tooth #24, to uncrowd her upper anterior teeth, and shift her midline as much as possible. Proper expectations were given regarding the midline. I explained to her that I don’t chase the midline because it leads to major problems with her bite, like her back teeth not touching (POB).

Evaluation:
Class I malocclusion with upper anterior crowding. She had localized recession, bone loss, and +1 mobility on #24.
Treatment:
