Phil Gaudin, DMD
Dr. Phil Gaudin
AACA Vice President
CHAIR: Vancouver, Edmonton, Fraser Valley
After more than a decade as a successful Invisalign provider and multi-practice owner, Dr. Gaudin transitioned away from active clinical practice following an injury and now focuses on mentorship and education in clear aligner therapy.
Dr. Gaudin was part of the inaugural AACA Reingage class in 2014, where he served as Class President and began his leadership journey within the organization. He has been an active member of the AACA Board of Directors since 2015. Over the years, he completed extensive continuing education through the AACA, learning directly from Dr. David Galler and other AACA Top Doctors. The knowledge and experience he gained now serve as the foundation of his mentorship and educational leadership. He helped develop and now leads the AACA Fellowship accreditation program, guiding and mentoring dentists pursuing Fellowship status—the Academy’s highest clinical distinction.
He has chaired several AACA Study Club locations, including Vancouver, Edmonton, and Fraser Valley, where he leads clinical education, case discussions, and mentorship programs focused on improving treatment predictability, efficiency, and outcomes.
Dr. Gaudin is committed to advancing clear aligner education and helping clinicians build confidence and excellence in treatment planning.
Outside of his professional role, Dr. Gaudin enjoys skiing with his family, running, traveling, and spending time with his wife Maria and their two children.
